Living from the knowledge that every individual is related to every other individual – every part of a system affects every other part.
- UNSKILLED: Holds perspectives of independence/dependence, either/or and domination/submission without being aware of alternatives.
- AWAKENING: Aware of (and interested in) the idea that all needs matter; becoming aware of either/or thinking, and of desire to submit/rebel.
- CAPABLE: Generally considers the needs of others as well as one’s own needs.
- INTEGRATED: Consistently open to perspectives and needs of others; experiences others’ needs as integrally connected to own needs.
You will learn concrete skills and steps for practicing compassion and leadership in your life. We will focus on learning and practice. You will have the option to meet with others in small groups that can support compassion and mutual learning, as we continue to explore ways to support skills for making life more wonderful. We will open the meeting 15 minutes early at 6:15pm US-PT for connection, and aim to start promptly at 6:30 US-PT to maximize time for learning and practice. You are also welcome to stay afterward for continued community time. Feel free to forward this to friends.
