Each week we take a deep dive into one of the skills on the Pathways to Liberation; Matrix of self-assessment. We include a self-connection exercise designed to awaken the skill, a lesson to clarify important NVC concepts, opportunities to connect, and ample opportunities to practice so you can increase your skills and capability. Together, we will build a culture of nonviolence and interdependence, one skill at a time. We predict that by the time we finish this 28-skill journey, you will make a quantum leap in your integration of Nonviolent Communication. All are welcome. No previous experience is needed.

Each month we will offer a unique topic designed for practitioners of all skill levels. These sessions include ample opportunities to practice self-connection, honesty, and empathy. There is also small-group practice time to help you quickly integrate the skills and consciousness of Nonviolent Communication.
Come to one class or all 11 of them! The choice is yours. Whatever you choose, you will take away valuable insights, tools, and practices that you can put to work immediately.

As we begin to integrate NVC both intra-personally and inter-personally, we naturally create more energy to cultivate life-affirming community enhancement. As our needs become more reliably satisfied, we become inspired to support the wellbeing of others and our planet by enhancing community systems. We long to make life more wonderful for all!
Please join us on the first Friday/Saturday of each month (depending on your timezone) for opportunities to explore how Nonviolent Communication can support you in creating the world you want to live in.

Three times each month, Jim offers a session for certification candidates and people exploring certification. If you are interested in joining a pod support meeting, click here to request to join.
As trainers, facilitators, mediators, and activists we know how to show up for our communities and to invite participants to engage with learning, empathy, and honesty. We share the skills and consciousness that support nonviolent collaboration, healing, and peace. As we nurture others and build communities of mutual support, we also need nourishment.
